Nominate tree or hedge to be registered as significant

You can use this form to:

Nominate a tree or hedge to be included in our Significant Tree List.

You will need to complete one form for each tree or hedge you would like to nominate.

Before you begin:

It takes about 10 minutes to complete this form and you will need to:

• Tell us your name, address, email address and phone number
• Tell us the property owner's name, address, email address and phone number - if you do not own the property where the significant tree is located
• Read the City of Boroondara Privacy Statement

After you complete this form we will:

• Send you an email to confirm your nomination

We may contact you about your nomination, if required.

What happens with your information?

• We record your information on our customer databases and make it available to relevant Council staff in line with our Privacy Policy
