Provide copies of the following documents: A dimensioned plan showing the road area and the location of the proposed works zone including existing on-street parking arrangements and all street assets. Photographs of the nearest existing parking signs to the proposed works zone area. Please ensure these signs are noted on your plan. A courtesy letter for any properties affected by the works (Council will nominate these), including the name and contact details of someone on site, relevant traffic plans and construction dates.
