Things you need to know

This form is used for clubs wishing to undertake maintenance, modifications and minor works at their cost to any City of Boroondara sporting facility. Permits may be required before any work can start.

We recommend you talk to your contractor about what permits will be required and ask that they include these costs in their quote.

We recommend using a council-approved contractor because they are familiar with our sportsgrounds, pavilions and associated infrastructure. Call us on (03) 9278 4797 or emailsport@boroondara.vic.gov.au for approved contractor details.

Road and footpath occupancy permit:
Road and footpath occupancy permits take several weeks from beginning of application. Your contractor may be required to submit a traffic management plan.
Asset protect permit
You may require an Asset Protection Permit for building works that affect council assets, including footpaths, kerbs, nature strips, drains etc.
