An application for a pre-sale inspection can be found here. Before you operate the food business, Council must conduct an inspection to assess the business is compliant with current requirements, and that you have the required skills, knowledge and training to safely sell food. Once the application to establish a food business is received, you will be contacted by Council to meet at the business before approving registration. If approved, you will receive an application form to register under the Food Act 1984.
