You can use this form to:

• Lodge an objection to a planning permit application

Please note:

• Council must make available for inspection all objections free of change to any person during normal business hours.

You will need to:

• Tell us your name, postal and residential address, email address and phone number
• Read the City of Boroondara Privacy Statement

After you complete this form you will:

• Receive an acknowledgement email as a receipt of your objection

We may contact you about your objection, if required.

What happens to your information?

• We record your information on our customer databases and make it available to relevant Council staff in line with our Privacy Policy
• Council may disclose this information to the applicant and their representatives, neighbouring property owners and/or occupiers and other parties who have an interest in the application
• If you object, the Council must consider the objection unless you withdraw it
• To be given weight, your objection should relate to the reason a Planning Permit is required for the proposal
• The Council may reject an objection that it considers has been made primarily to secure or maintain a direct or indirect commercial advantage for the objector
