Where non-compliances are identified, enforcement action under the Building Act 1993 will be taken requiring rectification works be carried out to the barrier within a specified timeframe. Fees The fee for an inspection by a council officer can be found on the Boroondara website. Once the barrier is brought to compliance and any notices and/or orders have been cancelled, you may request a certificate of barrier compliance (Form 23) be issued for a further fee and we will lodge this on your behalf.
